I was set to speak today at Cato on "Hayek, Leoni and the Law as a Fifty Factor of Production." Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and the event was canceled. However, the paper, which I am working on with my colleague Rosolino Candela, will go through the normal several rounds of revision before eventual publication. The Hayek-Leoni connection is very important one to explore if a genuine institutional analysis of the legal framework of a free society is to be developed.
