I am currently in New Orleans for the annual Public Choice Society meetings. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Public Choice Society. The confderence program is here. Congratulations to Public Choice Society President Edward Lopez for putting together what promises to be a very interesting and engaging conference. Public Choice is alive and well and continues to represent a progressive research program in the social sciences and humanities.
