I will be giving 3 talks at the IHS Summer Seminar --- Scholarship and the Free Society --- at the end of July. I have never given these talks before at IHS. The titles are: (1) Economics Before and After Keynes; (2) Modern Political Economy; and (3) From Big State and Small Society to Small State and Big Society.
I am also not assigning any of my own writings, but here are the background readings for the lectures.

The Economist -- Taming Leviathan: A Special Report on the Future of the State (March 19, 2011).
We will have a much more constructive conversation at the seminar if those attending the Scholarship and the Free Society seminar would do this background reading prior to my talks.
Any chance your session will be webcast or video taped? I wanted to go to the summer seminar, but given that my wife and I have a newborn at home, leaving for a week may have significantly affected my lifespan :-)
