The new issue of the RAE consists of an symposium on Tim Besley's Principled Agents: The Political Economy of Good Government. Contributors include Bob Tollison, Geoff Brennan, Richard Wagner, Randy Holcombe, Bryan Caplan, and Mike Munger. Besley then provides a reply to all the reviews.
