I have been teaching a variant of a course on comparative political economy since the mid-1980s -- to undergraduates, MBAs, and MA and PhD students in economics. I have experimented with different books and different approaches. But this year, inspired by a lecture I attended by Jeff Sandefer, I have decided to switch things around again. We will see how it goes, and how good I am at learning new tricks.
